DIGITAL FILES TRANSFER SPECIFICATIONS We accept 3-1/2 floppy disk, zip disk, cd-rom, and email files. We are a PC based company, therefore if you create the original on a MAC, you must convert the files to PC output. Programs accepted: Adobe Pagemaker 6.5, Adobe Illustrator11.0, Adobe Photoshop 8.0, Adobe InDesign 3.0, Quarkxpress 4.3, CorelDraw II, and Microsoft Publisher 2003.

SAVE MONEY ON POSTAGE! Barcoding/CASS Certification In order to be mailed at a lower price, your mailpiece needs to be "barcoded". When we receive the mailing list we import it in our system, and then reference that list with USPS software which determines the "deliverability" of each piece. A barcode is then assigned which will insure that your mail piece will be delivered to its exact address. This is called CASS CERTIFICATION, and will do two things: First it will substantially decrease "undeliverable" mail, and second, it will allow you to get lower postage rates.
