Some of our customers have asked us to post their order forms on this web site. We provide this service as a special favor because it makes it easier for these customers' prospects or buyers to order printing and or mailing services directly from us.
All you have to do is: 1. Fill the order form on line and print it out. (Adobe Reader will not allow you to save the typed information on your computer.) 2. Fax or mail your filled order form to Lelli's address, or fax it (mailing and faxing info are on the form). 3. You can scan your filled form, and e mail it as an attachment along with your art work if it applies. 4. Payments should accompany all orders to Lelli's. 5. Our company is not affiliated with any of the programs or mailing lists companies advertised on the Special Customers Services web pages and forms. Lelli Printing & DMS acts solely as a Letter Shop.
